The Benefice Choir is mainly drawn from the parishes of Norton sub Hamdon, Chiselborough, West and Middle Chinnock but singers come from beyond.   The Choirmaster is Chris Denman, a local organist.   The Choir sings for special Services throughout the year and practices are specific for each event.   Amongst the pieces currently being rehearsed are:-  Laudate Nomen Domini, Enter Into His Gates and All Around Me Lord.   Anyone interested in singing with the Benefice Choir is invited to attend the practices – see the Diary for information.

The Choir, currently numbering up to 30, is now preparing to sing anthems and lead the Combined Communion for all the parishes of the soon to be established Ham Hill Villages Benefice – Chiselborough, Middle Chinnock, Montacute, Norton, Odcombe, Stoke and West Chinnock.   This will be at Odcombe Church  on Sunday 30th July at 10am.
